Role templates that match how you work
Assign built-in templates — Field Technician, Office / Invoicing, Inventory Manager, and more — or customize capabilities per member:
- Inventory read/write by location
- Invoicing, clients, expenses, and schedule access
- Google Reviews and reporting on Business plans
Location-scoped access
Limit which warehouses, vans, or job sites a teammate can see. Owners retain full access; employees only touch stock and jobs where they’re assigned.

Audit logs
When items, invoices, estimates, or clients are deleted, Antsfield records who removed what and when. Review the log on web or iPhone to reconcile mistakes or satisfy compliance requests.
